Shipping policy

IDLESOAK ships worldwide through secure checkout. Standard shipping is $19.99 for US and Canada and $49.99 for International destinations. Every order with at least one item receives an automatic 100% shipping discount, so shipping is free.

Contact support before ordering if you need a delivery-time commitment. Once the order ships, use the carrier tracking information for delivery updates.

Optional IDLESOAK Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When it is selected and paid for, IDLESOAK provides priority review for a documented package loss or damage in transit. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected item or a refund of that item's purchase price, at the store's discretion and subject to inventory.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier's stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos of damage, and carrier information. The protection fee is refundable only when the service is cancelled before shipment.

The Mystery Gift is a surprise IDLESOAK extra. Its exact item may vary, has no cash-redemption value, and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with each three-tub set or may be purchased with a smaller order.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and reviewing their confirmation email for order details.
